BANJI FAFOWORA - MD/CEO

Mr. Banji Fafowora holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Applied Geophysics from Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife and Masters of Business Administration (MBA) from Lagos State University.

Banji is an associate of Chartered Institute of Stock brokers, with over fifteen years cognate experience. His stock broking careers started at Capital Trust Brokers Limited in 1992 from where he joined Hillcrest Merchant Bank (now Intercontinental bank PLC) in 1998.

He also briefly worked with Resort Securities & Trust Limited as the Head of Corporate Finance Unit and Greenwich Trust limited before he joined Forte Financial Limited in 2002.

He is currently the Managing Director and chief executive officer of Forte Financial Limited.

AMINU MUSA

Mr. Musa, Aminu Shaiye holds a B.Sc Accountancy from University of Maiduguri. He is an Associate Member of the Institute of chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) with many years of working experience and also a member of the Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers (CIS)

He is a seasoned Chartered Accountant with exposure in various sectors of the economy. He started his professional career with Ajibola Afolabi Ajayi & Co (Chartered Accountants) as audit assistant and rose to audit senior. He later proceeded to Industrial and General Insurance Limited (IGI) as executive assistant (audit)

Prior to joining Forte Financial Limited as head, internal audit/compliance, he worked with Bolutife Oluwadele & Co (Chartered Accountants) as assistant audit manager.

He is currently the head, Advisory/Financial Services of Forte Financial Limited.

SEGUN OLOKODE

A multidisciplinary professional with over 10years experience, spread across different sectors of the economy.

Segun is a Chartered Stockbroker and a Chartered Accountant with an HND background in Accountancy from Yaba College of Technology Yaba, Lagos. He is also an Associate member of Certified Pension Institute of Nigeria and Nigeria Institute of Management.

He started his career with ASI Building Systems Victoria Island, Lagos as an Accounts Officer in year 2000 from where he joined Fola Ajagbe & Co (Estate Surveyors & Valuers) and later Minaj Media Group (MBI) Lagos, as an Accountant in 2001. He rose to become the Head of Accounts in 2003 a position he held till 2006 when he left the organization.

He joined First Allstate Securities Limited (A member of The Nigerian Stock Exchange) in 2006 as an Accountant and later moved to Trust Yield Securities Limited in 2007 as the Accounts Manager and became the pioneer Head of Asset Management of the company in April 2008. He later moved to Rostrum Investment and Securities Limited in the same capacity in August 2008.

Segun is presently with Forte Financial Limited as a Broker/Dealer/Head, Stockbroking Services.

OYINDAMOLA ARIYO

For approximately one decade, Oyindamola has assisted several individuals and institutions in achieving tremendous success in designing, building and preserving wealth by leveraging her many capital market skills. At Forte Financial where she currently works, Oyin is a firebrand in the area of business development.

She holds a degree in English Language from the University of Ilorin and a Masters of Business Administration from Obafemi Awolowo University. She is a certified HR Professional, an associate of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management. She equally is an associate of the Nigerian Institute of Management as well as a student member of the Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers.

FEMI SANGONIRAN

Mr. Femi Sangoniran is the Head, Internal Control, Audit and Compliance. He holds MBA in Financial Management from Ladoke Akintola University, Ogbomosho. He is also an alumnus of The Polytechnic Ibadan where he read Business Administration.

Mr. Sangoniran is an an Associate of the Institute Of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria(ICAN) and also a student member, Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers (CIS).

Prior to joining FORTE FINANCIAL LTD, he worked with Kola Osunbunmi and Co. (Chartered Accountants) as an audit officer, Lagos and Angus Benson Ltd, Ibadan

ATULAEGWU CHARLES

Atulaegwu Charles is a reputable and passionate practitioner of over two decades spanning across general operations/back office management, customer relationship management, internal control /compliance, research, capacity building and training.

His investment banking experience dates back to May 1987 when he joined a leading merchant bank with the biggest clientele base then -Icon Limited (Merchant Bankers/Icon Stockbrokers Limited) where he worked as operations supervisor.

Having served the bank and it’s subsidiary from 1987 to July 1995 and driven by his passion for start up activities, in August 1995 he took up appointment with Dynamic Portfolios Limited as the pioneer head of operations where he set up the operational system, the research, customer care units, internal control/compliance and other ancillary units to entrench service delivery efficiency.

After almost eleven years in Dynamic Portfolio Limited, he joined Forte Financial Limited in December 2006 as head of operations.

Aside from holding a first degree in Banking and Finance from Olabisi Onabanjo (formerly Ogun State) University, he is an Associate of Chartered Institute of Bankers (ACIB), Associate of Certified Pension Institute of Nigeria (ACPIN) and is currently training to qualify as a Chartered Stockbroker.
